Orders
You can do all of that from your account. Make changes before the indicated processing date because processed orders cannot be canceled.
Use the tracking link from your shipment confirmation email or log into your account and open the order you want to track.
Blade refill orders always ship free. Other orders ship free over $50; under that threshold, shipping is $4.99.

Log into your account to update saved details, addresses, and subscription preferences directly.

Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription any time before the scheduled renewal date. Once processing starts, that order can no longer be canceled.
No. Many products can be purchased without a subscription, though some items are subscription-only.
Deliveries ship at the frequency you selected, and you can change that timing from your account whenever needed.
Yes. Renewals continue automatically on the cadence you choose until you update, pause, or cancel the subscription from your account.
